Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established clinical standards.
- Assess patient conditions and monitor changes in health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Develop and maintain individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Educate patients and their families about care plans, medications, and recovery.
- Follow infection control, safety, and compliance procedures.
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient conditions and urgent care needs.
- Support a positive, respectful, and patient-focused care environment.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Previous clinical or hospital nursing experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
