These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the R4 Healthcare Solutions website, online forms, content, communications, and related online services. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. About R4 Healthcare Solutions and These Terms
R4 Healthcare Solutions provides healthcare staffing, recruiting, talent acquisition, workforce coordination, and related services for healthcare organizations and professionals. Additional written agreements may apply to a client engagement, candidate representation, assignment, placement, employment relationship, or vendor relationship. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for its subject matter.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you use the website for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization. The website is intended for lawful use in the United States unless R4 Healthcare Solutions expressly states otherwise.
3. Website Information and Staffing Services
Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute medical, legal, tax, immigration, credentialing, employment, or other professional advice. Service descriptions, job listings, coverage needs, availability, pay information, assignment details, and other content may change without notice.
Submitting a form, resume, staffing request, or application does not create an employment relationship, agency relationship, client relationship, contract, placement, or guarantee. R4 Healthcare Solutions does not guarantee that a candidate will be interviewed, hired, placed, or assigned; that a vacancy will remain available; that a staffing request will be filled; or that any engagement will continue for a particular period.
4. Responsibilities of Job Seekers and Healthcare Professionals
If you submit candidate information, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading. You are responsible for maintaining any license, certification, work authorization, training, immunization, competency, or other qualification required for a role. You must promptly correct material changes and comply with applicable law, professional standards, client requirements, and any separate agreement governing an assignment or placement.
Do not upload confidential information belonging to another person or organization unless you are authorized to do so. Do not submit patient information through a general website form.
5. Responsibilities of Employers and Healthcare Organizations
If you submit a staffing or hiring request, you agree to provide accurate information about the organization, role, location, schedule, requirements, workplace conditions, and timing. You are responsible for lawful hiring and workplace decisions, appropriate supervision, occupational and patient safety, equal employment opportunity, accommodations, wage-and-hour compliance, and any duties allocated to you under a separate agreement.
Candidate information received through R4 Healthcare Solutions must be used only for legitimate hiring, staffing, credentialing, or workforce purposes and must be protected from unauthorized use or disclosure.
6. Text Message Terms
Program Description
If you opt in, the R4 Healthcare Solutions SMS program may send messages related to inquiry responses, staffing or recruiting coordination, interviews, applications, credentials, assignments, shifts, service updates, customer support, and job or career opportunities. Marketing or promotional texts will be sent only when permitted by law and consistent with the consent provided.
SMS disclosure: By providing your phone number, you agree to receive a text message from R4 Healthcare Solutions. Message and Data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. To stop receiving messages, reply ‘STOP’ at any time. For more information, reply ‘HELP.’ Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions apply.
Consent and Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, application, assignment, staffing need, and communication preferences. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of employment, applying for a role, purchasing services, or receiving services. Your consent applies only to the program and telephone number described when you opt in and may not be transferred to an unrelated campaign.
Charges and Delivery
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability, device compatibility, and carrier participation. R4 Healthcare Solutions does not guarantee that every message will be received.
Opt-Out and HELP
You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP or QUIT. R4 Healthcare Solutions also honors other reasonable requests that clearly communicate a desire to stop messages, including END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After an opt-out, R4 Healthcare Solutions may send one final non-promotional text confirming the request. No further messages will be sent to that number except as permitted by law or after you provide new consent. Mobile Privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be processed by messaging providers, telecommunications carriers, aggregators, and campaign-registration providers as necessary to deliver and administer the program, prevent abuse, document compliance, or comply with law.
7. Email Communications
If you subscribe to marketing email, you may unsubscribe through the link in the email or the Unsubscribe page. R4 Healthcare Solutions will honor a valid marketing-email opt-out within the period required by law. A marketing opt-out does not prevent service-related or transactional email that is necessary to respond to you, administer an active relationship, provide legally required information, or complete a request.
8. Acceptable Use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Submit false, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, infringing, discriminatory, unlawful, or unauthorized information.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, authority, organization, or affiliation.

You grant R4 Healthcare Solutions a non-exclusive right to host, store, reproduce, transmit, review, and use those materials as reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide staffing or recruiting services, consider an application, comply with law, and operate the business. You represent that you have the right to provide the materials and that their use for these purposes will not violate another person’s rights.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The website may contain links to job boards, social networks, client sites, maps, or other third-party services. R4 Healthcare Solutions does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement. Use third-party services at your own discretion and review their terms and policies.
12. Privacy and Cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies identified for the website. Both policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ‘AS IS’ AND ‘AS AVAILABLE.’ R4 HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. R4 HEALTHCARE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT CONTENT OR OPPORTUNITIES WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, R4 HEALTHCARE AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON WEBSITE CONTENT, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, WEBSITE INTERRUPTION, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, R4 HEALTHCARE’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID R4 HEALTHCARE, IF ANY, FOR USE OF THE WEBSITE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not alter liability allocated under a separate signed agreement.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless R4 Healthcare Solutions and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, materials you submit, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from R4 Healthcare Solutions’ own conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.
16. Suspension or Termination
R4 Healthcare Solutions may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website, remove content, or investigate activity when reasonably necessary to protect users, the business, systems, rights, or legal compliance. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimer, liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory law that provides otherwise, disputes arising from the website or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Chester County, Pennsylvania, and the parties consent to those courts’ jurisdiction and venue.
18. General Terms
If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A waiver must be in writing and does not waive a later breach. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without R4 Healthcare Solutions’ written consent. R4 Healthcare Solutions may assign these Terms in connection with a corporate transaction or by operation of law. These Terms, together with incorporated policies and any applicable signed agreement, state the applicable understanding for use of the website.
19. Changes to These Terms
R4 Healthcare Solutions may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, law, technology, or business practices. The Last Updated date identifies the current version. Continued use of the website after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Material changes may receive additional notice where required.
